In-Store Purchases

  • No refunds.
  • Exchanges and store credit available within 14 days on regular-priced items.
  • Conditions: item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and receipt, and free of alterations.
  • Final sale items: sale items, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, gift cards, socks, and tights.

Remote Orders (Phone & Social Media)

  • Reservations and payments can be made by phone or through our social media channels.
  • Pick-up in-store or delivery available (see conditions below).
  • The same exchange conditions as in-store purchases apply.
  • Returns by mail are at the customer’s expense.
